• OA GIVES - #MariahStrong

Mariah, 18 was involved in a single car accident on the morning of December 17, 2017 that broke her back and severed her spinal cord at the T12 level. She had no medical insurance.

Mariah is a barrel racer and works at a Vet clinic helping injured animals. She was released in just 4 weeks to begin recovery therapy with hope of walking again. She is so ready to get to work rehabilitating her body and needs help funding her sessions in order to have hope for a chance to get her young and otherwise healthy body strong again.

In October, 2018 Mariah was hit by an unlicensed driver who ran a stop sign causing her truck to flip. Her boyfriend Cameron was fatally injured in the crash just a few weeks after this picture was taken by fellow Spinal Injured Aaron Lopez.  Within less than a year, Mariah suffered two tragic vehicle accidents, the first leaving her paralyzed; the second claiming the love of her life.

**UPDATE - We as a community have raised a bit over 👉 $20,000 👈 to help towards Mariah Knieriems goal of walking again! This money has already covered a year of therapy!  We want to give a big thanks to ALL who came together to help make this happen!**
